Our Story
It started with a simple frustration.
Our founder, after years of working in real estate, kept seeing the same thing: good, hardworking people who wanted to own land but felt locked out. The listings were confusing, the prices were inflated, the process was intimidating, and the agents were too busy selling mansions to care about a two-acre lot in rural Tennessee.
So in 2004, Land Across America, LLC was born — with one purpose. To build a land marketplace that actually worked for regular people. No gatekeeping. No hidden fees. No minimum budget required. Just honest listings, transparent pricing, and agents who genuinely love helping people own land.
Twenty years later, we’ve helped thousands of Americans — teachers, veterans, retirees, young families, and first-time buyers — claim their own piece of this country. And we’re just getting started.
